Welcome to Mulberry House which is a Victorian guesthouse built in 1887.
Our guesthouse is conveniently situated just a short stroll from all local attractions ,weather you are looking for the , beach , pier , tram , Great Orme ,enjoying the bars restaurants or some simple retail therapy at the shops you will find our location perfect for your needs . Our proximity ,even though ideally located to the hub of Llandudno ,finds itself on a quite street offering a peaceful retreat away from late night noise . A quaint front seating area allows you to enjoy your favourite tipple as the sun goes down , a great way to wind down from your days adventures .Or maybe if the sun has never come up! , our guest lounge , which is ideal if staying with friends or family.
There are four double rooms located to the front of the property, all with views of the Great Orme , oh ,and of course the goats !!!who are frequent visitors to the streets of llandudno .We have two rooms at the rear , one of which offers a sea view { well a large wall art of a view from the Orme over the sea ], you cant blame me for trying ! . These are positioned over the first and second floors. Five of these are sold as bed and breakfast at a very reasonable rate of 85 pounds per night .Two rooms are sold as room only at 70 pounds per night . we have one single room , at 65 pounds ,on the first floor, and one twin room ,at a cost of 85 pounds , on the first floor, all of which include a full breakfast. Our breakfast is made with free range and locally sourced produce .
Our guesthouse , is our home , which we are very proud of and has been created with a considerable amount of blood and tears .When you stay we want you to feel completely relaxed, comfortable and totally at home . We have tried to maintain the buildings character as much as possible , our decor and furniture are part of our expression of this . Our look is vintage but our facilities are fully up to date , as we have been completely refurbished to a high standard.
