A red cable car is going up a hill overlooking the ocean

The cable cars were opened in June 1969, at that time it was the longest passenger cable car system in Britain.. The cable car travels to the summit which is just over a mile in distance , traveling at its highest point 80 feet from the ground . The cable cars do not run  during high winds. The cable car operators only accept cash .
