TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Unfortunately, we do not accept children under 12.

The mulberry house is a non-smoking guesthouse; however, there is a smoking area at the front of the property.

We love animals, but no pets are allowed.

Check-in is between 2 and 5 pm. However, if you arrive earlier, you can do a bag drop and receive your key if your room is not ready.

Guests are kindly requested to give an estimated time of arrival. We appreciate that plans can change, so we would appreciate it if you let us know if you will be delayed.

If your check-in is after 5 pm, a key will be left in a secure key box if we have a prior evening engagement. 

Check out is at 10 am, but again under certain circumstances, we can accommodate a later checkout.

All major credit and debit cards are accepted. 

A deposit for the first night's stay will be taken on booking and is non-refundable. If you stay four or more nights, payment in full is required seven days before arrival.

Please be mindful that the Mulberry is our home. We hope you respect it as much as your own. Damage caused by deliberate neglect and reckless acts will be paid for. We reserve the right to charge your credit/debit card for any permanent damage. When booking with us, you agree to the terms and conditions.

Please let us know immediately of any spillages or damage so we can attend and clean immediately.

Off-road parking is available on both sides of the street. This is unrestricted, as is most of the street parking in Llandudno. Please appreciate it can be busy during peak times.

The property has a certified fire system with fire doors to all rooms, audible alarms and emergency lighting.

All stairs and landings are illuminated 24 hours a day 

Assistance with your bags will be given if required 

There are no grab rails in the shower or by the toilets.

There are no steps to the breakfast room.

Access to the front of the property is by one step.

Access to the first floor is by 13 steps, a small landing, then another five steps. On the first floor are four bedrooms, a single and three doubles, all with en suite facilities. Leading to the second floor, there are another 11 steps, a small landing and another seven steps. The second floor has three bedrooms, a twin and two doubles again with en-suite facilities.

Public transport is located within walking distance of the guesthouse.
